Low Pressure Die Casting Machine With Two Indipendent Manipulators

I.Fully automatic machine with two manipulators mounted on a rotary turning device and one furnace for the cost-effective production of high-quality casting products.

1) Capacity per shift (8 hours): approx. 700 castings

2) Fully automation of the low-pressure die-casting process, short mold change time and flexible application, which is very suitable for mass casting production;

3) Specifications

A. 2 manipulators on a rotary device, operated independently. Operating Parameters can be edited independently. Two manipulators either work at the same time; or one set changes the die, or the other set is under maintenance.

C. Max die dimensions: 600 x400x240 mm

D. Quick die change flanges

E. Simple furnace control electrics

F. Die cooling and coating in a blackwash bath

G. Different die castings are equipped with separated feeders, graphite baths and manipulators.

H. Large furnace melting rate, capacity is up to 700kg/h, for the operation with 2 manipulators working together.

I. Drive by servo motor, with high precise, stable and efficiency performance.
