The system has offline programming function, which can offline programming the replaced products to be processed, improve the grinding quality and reduce the scrap rate without affecting the normal production.

5. The automatic grinding system adopts the belt machine with variable frequency speed regulation. The belt angle has manual/automatic adjustable mechanism, and the quick belt tensioning and adjusting mechanism is practical and convenient. The system uses an ultra-wide belt and uses a direct motor drive design to reduce belt change, improving maintainability, reducing human intervention and improving automation.

6. The iron filings generated by grinding can be discharged in time through the system, reducing the operation time of manual cleaning and reducing the operation risk, improve equipment efficiency.
